Welcoming Committee


Welcoming Committee Duties:

The Welcoming Committee contacts new residents to our neighborhood, providing copies of the
By-Laws, Restricted Covenants, Neighborhood Roster, a list of the Board Members, the
Equestrian Estates website address, and the HOA mailing address.

The Welcoming Committee also brings COOKIES!!!!

Finally, the Welcoming Committee collects information from the new neighbors, including
phone numbers and an email address so that the HOA can communicated necessary
information with all neighbors as required.
